Covid-19 Client Notice
Before and during your appointment
Please arrive on time and alone. Children or family members will not be allowed to sit with you during your treatment unless you require specific assistance.
Hands must be sanitised upon entry of salon.
We will not be offering any refreshments as usual, such as tea or coffee.
There may be new and changing requirements as we work through the development of Covid-19 in the salon.
Hygiene and PPE
Please sanitise your hands upon arrival.
Face masks MUST be worn for the full duration of your visit.
Staff members will be wearing relevant PPE and a lot of sanitising and cleaning will be going on around you. All stations will be sanitised before your arrival, all tools disinfected and relevant PPE changed before your arrival.
We are following all safety protocols set out by government and following salon specific guidance.
Services and Payments
Some treatments may not be available or altered.
To make sure we maintain our high standards for you during the current circumstances we have had a price adjustment to ensure we can follow safety and PPE guidelines appropriately.
All staff members have individual pricing structures and some services may be altered or vary in price.
If within the limit please pay contactless where possible. We accept all major credit/debit cards and smart contactless payments eg Apple pay which have no price limit.
Cash also accepted.
50% non-refundable deposits will be taken for some appointments. You will be given instructions how to pay when booking.
48 hours notice needed for cancellations.
